When members of Troop J arrived, at  approximately 10:06 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, they found the man "with a stab wound on his neck," as detailed in the release.

An investigation by York Patrol Unit determined that Bossom retrieved a pair of scissors and stabbed the man in the neck with them following the earlier altercation, according to the release.

The stabbed man was taken by EMS to York Hospital, PSP explained.

Blossom was arrested at the scene on charges of felony aggravated assault with attempt to cause serious bodily injury, misdemeanor simple assault, and summary harassment, the police said and court documents confirmed.

He was released on a $15,00 surety bond for bail set by Magisterial District Judge Tobin Zech during his preliminary arraignment at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3. The bond was posted by professional bondsman Stephan Hobbs, according to his court docket.

Bossom's preliminary hearing is set before Magisterial District Judge Laura Manifold at 9 a.m. on April 17, court records show.
